5) Calculator Outputs & Professional Judgment

The Service provides estimates (e.g., pixel counts, processing/port loads, power/weight summaries, dimensions, budgets). Results are for planning only and may vary based on installation methods, vendors, models, firmware, electrical conditions, local code, and site constraints. The Service does not replace professional engineering, structural, rigging, or electrical design. Always verify with manufacturers, certified engineers, and applicable codes.

6) Third-Party Data, Links & Models

We may reference third-party specs, product names, or links for convenience. Those are owned by their respective owners; accuracy and availability are not guaranteed.

7) Payment & Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase a paid tier or add-on:

  • Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILSON PRO AVL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
