With 30+ years of leading worship, two decades as a Worship Consultant, and having a Master of Arts in Worship Leadership from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, God has used Mark to influence the worship culture.

Dr. Ron Skinner has a passion for equipping local church leaders with the tools necessary to have their best Sunday, every Sunday. Ron brings 20 years of worship ministry leadership and 10 years of worship consultation experience to the team. Ron holds a Master of Divinity degree from Gardner-Webb University where he focused on Intercultural Studies and a Doctor of Ministry in Worship from Liberty University. This educational journey afforded Ron the opportunity to marry his passions of worship and mission. For those of you serving bi-vocationally, Ron has a passion for helping you worship the LORD through every aspect of the job, disciple those within your ministry and produce musical excellence; even when you only have a few hours each week to devote to the task.

Mike Wilson
Mike Wilson is a highly experienced and passionate consultant in the house of worship industry, specializing in audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems. With 38 years of experience serving churches and other religious institutions, Mike has a deep understanding of the unique technical and spiritual needs of these spaces.
His expertise lies in:
- Designing and implementing AVL solutions: Mike works closely with churches to create immersive and engaging worship experiences. He designs systems that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring that they enhance the worship atmosphere without being distracting.
- Optimizing existing AVL systems: For churches with existing setups, Mike can assess and optimize their current technology to improve performance, reliability, and ease of use.
- Providing training and support: Mike empowers church tech teams by providing comprehensive training and ongoing support, enabling them to confidently operate and maintain their AVL systems.
